I really can't believe I've changed not only my body also my attitude towards exercise and cooking and most importantly my attitude towards myself! When I signed up I remember wanting to enjoy cooking again, which is something I definitely love now.
The best thing for me is that it's been so sustainable. I haven't even felt like I've restricted myself or been on a "diet", even the workouts I've found doable and enjoyable.
The fact I've seen such big changes from homework outs and not mega restricting is crazy. I've had two 10 day holidays, and endless social events and still seen so much progress. I LOVED training with Alice! Shes firm and fair, giving you a kick up the backside when you need it but also compassionate and knows her stuff. The principles learnt with her have 100% helped me shape my focus going forward and I have recommended her to so many of my friends.
Her recipes are delicious and training plans are enjoyable.
I still follow her on instagram and again love how real she is, showing it's okay to have cheat meals and wine instead of other fitness influencers who make you feel like you have to eat clean 100% of the time. She helps you make changes that work in real life and I'm so grateful for all the help she gave me.

I decided to have coaching with Alice for 6 months and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
Alice is non-judgemental, very compassionate and clearly passionate about her work. She educated me on my diet, taught me the importance of fuelling myself, and she taught me to be kind to myself too.
I went from doing only home workouts, to gaining enough confidence to go to the gym 3 times a week. “I contacted Alice to help me get in shape for my holiday in December, but Alice did more than just that.
I have completed 12 week plans before and I felt like I’d been on a diet for the whole of my adult life, but Alice helped me like no one has ever helped me before, at the age of 30, working full time, a 4 year old and studying for a degree I have never been in better shape! Alice and Abbey taught me all about balance, they never made me feel guilty for falling off the wagon but they were always there to catch me and help me get back on track.
I was not perfect on my journey with a few social events but I always got back on track which is something I always struggled with.
Honestly if you are on the Fence; i couldn’t recommend Alice enough, her guidance and knowledge is second to none!
